职位概述

Responsible for serving as the primary contact person for the assigned installation crew 和 is to direct work processes while at the jobsites. The position leads the install team to install new Pella windows 和 doors in installation applications 和 will be involved in recovery situations. The lead installer also strives 和 inspires others to achieve 和 maintain 100% “Very Satisfied” 客户.
